Life on Xanax

I took my first Xanax pill this morning. I was in tears because I had failed to set the alarm, which is really quite excessive if you think about it. Gabe was upset, but it's not like he was screaming at me or stomping around. Yet, I came undone. So this was as good a time as any to get over my fear of Xanax and just take a pill.

I feel wheels grinding to a halt in my head, but ever so gently. The chemical is persuading me to call down and I just might listen. Now I have to test if this will work. I will shower and go to the office today. My boss should be back from his trip, and although I am not sure he will actually be at the office (he often works from home himself), I am hoping he does. I need to talk to him about the key issues discussed on that conference call from Monday. I also need to tell him I may need a few days off, a mental health vacation. I do not know if I will have the courage to do this. We'll see.

  1. I am a FAN of XANAX. It really really helps cope with the daily stress which can be all too overwhelming.

    TAKE IT!

  2. Ask for some time Ingrid... you need it. Take some time off but DO NOT STAY AT HOME--go somewhere for a day or two and let everything come into focus (with or without the Xanax)

  3. Well, I asked my boss for time off next week. It goes against my vacation, but I have enough days available. I did not go into specific detail as to why I needed time off, but said I needed a mental health break.

I will be out Monday through Wednesday. I do not want to go anywhere, I just want to relax and do things I never get to do.

Monday I may drive around with my camera and take pictures of whatever is interesting. Tuesday and Wednesday I will probably just go to the gym, go to the pool and read. By myself, no kids or husband.

  5. Mi hermano tiene una condición llamada Trastorno de ansiedad generalizada con ataques de pánico y usa Xanax hace bastante tiempo. Ha sido un gran alivio para él. Espero que te sientas mejor pronto.

    Saludos,

  7. If you are using xanax or buspirone in accordance with the instructions of the doctor, you are likely to obtain desired relief from the shackles of anxiety disorder as these medications are known for their effectiveness in treating different types of anxiety disorders. But if you don’t possess first hand information on Buspirone, you should get hold of the fundamental details on the drug before using it.
