My back is better this morning. It's still sore, and tender to the touch, but thankfully I am not writhing in pain when I breathe. Gabe gave me a back massage last night and I guess it worked. But I am going to stay away from the weight machines and the fitness ball until the pain is totally gone. I will just have to walk/run every day, instead of 4 times a week.


  1. at least you are still staying active and not letting this make you quit all together. That is wonderful. And Im glad your back is feeling better.

  2. Yeah, I don't want to quit. And my back pain does not affect my walking/running. I am just bummed about not being able to do the core exercises, because my mid-section is what needs the most toning of all.

  3. I think it's a good idea to just do the walk/run for a few weeks before attempting anything else. That's how I would, nay, should do it too.
