    I take pictures of tree bark all the time! I'm always in search of strange and beautiful trees wherever I go. Good to know there's a kindred spirit out there!

    I wish I had a blog--I'd send you there to see some amazing trees I photographed just last week in Virginia. Gnarly, I tell you, gnarly. Looked like they were 3000 years old and wracked by arthritis.
